SENTRA TRUST CENTRE
Trust is engineered into the way we work.
Sentra builds and operates GTM systems using company data, professional information, enrichment providers, automation and managed digital outreach. Our Trust Centre explains how we source and process data, protect information, manage suppliers, respect individual rights and apply compliance controls throughout our workflows.
CLEAR BY DESIGN
Understand what we do with data, why we do it, where it comes from and the controls surrounding it.
POLICIES & DOCUMENTS
One place for the information that matters.
Privacy & Data Protection
How Sentra processes personal data, assesses legitimate interests, handles individual rights and applies suppression controls.
Security
The organisational and technical controls used to protect Client, operational and professional data.
Data & Suppliers
Where data can come from, how it is qualified and resolved, and how specialist providers fit into our processing chain.
Commercial & Due Diligence
Our contractual framework and a plain-English explanation of how compliance is engineered into Sentra workflows.
OUR COMPLIANCE QUESTION
Why is this particular individual in this dataset?
A defensible answer should connect the commercial trigger, targeting criteria, professional relevance of the individual, data selected, validation performed and controls applied before activation.
DATA PROVENANCE
We don’t treat enrichment as a black box.
Sentra may combine authoritative company information, publicly available professional information and specialist enrichment providers to create commercially useful business records. Data is selected according to the purpose of the workflow, and additional enrichment should take place only where a record meets the relevant qualification criteria.
Where identity resolution is required, we use evidence-based matching and confidence controls before attaching additional information to an individual. Uncertain identity matches can remain unresolved rather than being forced into a dataset.
DUE DILIGENCE
Need more detail?
Some operational, security and Client-specific evidence should not be published openly. Detailed TOM evidence, campaign compliance records, worked identity-resolution examples and supplier due-diligence information can be made available where appropriate.
